When I came across Angel Healing 101 in a spiritual course list a couple of years ago, I made a mental note to revisit it sometime when my course load lightened up. It went to the back of my mind while I continued my Reiki and crystal healing studies. A few months ago, Spirit decided for me it was time to put some more thought into taking the course.
I began seeing the number 444 everywhere I went. It showed up on signs, license plates, price tags, and the clock. I remembered having seen a list of Angel number meanings in an article by Doreen Virtue and referred back to it to find the meaning of 444. According to the article ( https://spiritlibrary.com/doreen-virtue/angel-numbers) seeing 444 can be a sign that, "Thousands of angels surround you at this moment, loving and supporting you. You have a very strong and clear connection with the angelic realm, and are an Earth angel yourself. You have nothing to fear—all is well." I kept this meaning in mind as time went by and it ended up bringing me great comfort through a rough page early this summer.
I kept seeing 444 and felt that I wasn't alone in anything I was facing. I started to think more about angels and what part they may play in my life. I began to wonder why they were suddenly sending this sign they were with me. I thought and I wondered, but I took no actions. Then one day I got an email about communicating with angels and, even thought it was a junk mail message, I felt compelled to open it. It was pretty much what I expected. A lot of information about what kind of information I would get if I paid enough money. It got me thinking about the possibility of communicating with angels, though, and I decided I would just give it a try. I asked out loud if the angels were with me to give me a sign.
I'm sure this will sound silly to you, but I believe I got my answer by text a few moments later. It sounds ridiculous to me, but I believe it anyway. Even though I keep a lock on my phone, I had somehow managed to pocket dial with it. I heard noises in my pocket and checked the phone. A draft of a new text message was up. It was set to send to 444 and the message read, "I'm here for you. Zed." I got chills. I just couldn't ignore something like. I believe with all my heart that Zed is an angel that wanted it's presence known in my life.
One of the first things I did was look up Zed the Angel. I found results referring to Archangel Zadkiel, also known as Zedekiel, than angel of mercy. According to Whitney Hopler, this angel helps to heal emotional wounds and encourages forgiveness (https://www.thoughtco.com/meet-archangel-zadkiel-124092), both things that I felt I was needing help with.
I gratefully accepted that angels had come into my life. I made the decision to make learning more about them and cultivating this relationship a priority. I went on to complete Healing with Angels 101 and currently am reading Ask Your Angels by Alma Daniel, Timothy Wyllie, and Andrew Ramer. This has been another fascinating part of my spiritual journey for which I am more grateful than I can express.
