I often added my sister’s name to my Reiki Box healing sessions.  After she died last month, I was surprised to find that I still felt moved to add her name.  Each time I sat down to my Reiki Box since her transition, I continued to send her energy.  Since this urge had not left me, I decided that it was time to send Reiki just to her, set a clear intention for a full session, and make it personal.
