I’ve wanted to lose weight and get my health in check for years, but it has always been one of those “someday” things. I couldn’t make it a priority until I got my mental health under control. Then, I couldn’t make it a priority until I dealt with my codependency and learned to set better boundaries. Then, I couldn’t make it a priority because I needed to focus on my spiritual growth and education. Finally, I decided I couldn’t worry about my health until I had improved my financial situation and stopped worrying about that.
For years, I have been slowly but steadily putting on more weight and losing more muscle mass. Reiki and Qigong have helped me feel better. I have been in less pain, and I have more energy than I did 20 years ago. But I do feel the effects of my heavier body and weaker muscles.
Recently, my priorities have changed. I think my sister’s passing of a heart attack has given me a reality check. What good will it do me to keep working to manifest my perfect life before worrying about a healthy body if my body, my vehicle for living, breaks down before I can enjoy it?
It’s time. I need to prioritize my physical health. I know that the first thing I need to do is create the spiritual blueprint of what I want to manifest. I know that once that is done, Spirit will guide me to take the exact right steps to make it happen. Creating the spiritual blueprint will take some effort on my part.
Here are the steps for using a spiritual blueprint for manifesting:
Set an intention. I will set a clear intention for my body and health. I don’t just want to lose weight. I want to increase my strength and stamina and lower my metabolic age to match my actual age.
Get clear on the why. Keeping my focus on why I want to manifest weight loss and health will keep me motivated. I want to improve my health so that I not only live longer but will also enjoy the life I’m living for a long time to come. I want to keep my vehicle for exploring and experiencing the world in good shape. I also want to be a good example for my children, niece, and nephews.
Visualize the end result. I will form a clear picture in my mind of what my successful result will look and feel like. I will imagine how my appearance will change and what it will feel like in a thinner, fitter body. I will complete the image by imagining what I will be able to do and experience with better health and how that will feel.
Use affirmative prayer and affirmations. I will pray whenever I feel like I’m doubting myself or losing motivation. I will use affirmations daily to remind myself of my spiritual blueprint and keep my focus on it rather than my current physical state. I know that to manifest new conditions, I need to take my focus off of current conditions. I need to keep the end result I have visualized fresh and in the forefront of my mind.
Listen to my intuition. Once I have created my spiritual blueprint, I need to pay attention to the guidance I receive through my intuition and act on it. The blueprint creates right thought, but it still takes right action to make it happen. No matter what image I hold, if Spirit tells me not to eat ice cream or to get my butt up and move and I don’t act on that, I’ll block my own successful manifestation.
I know that if I take the time to really work through these steps and stick with it, I will manifest weight loss and better health. I will know exactly what to do for myself and when to have the best, longest lasting results. Creating a spiritual blueprint tells the Universe what I want and attracts the right conditions for it to manifest in my life.
